Job summary

SOIL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive site project coordinator to oversee all site operations, ensure safety, and coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors and consultants to keep works on track.

You will monitor progress, attend site meetings, manage on-site issues, and handle ad-hoc duties as directed, ensuring compliance with the latest WSH Act provisions.

The role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and ability to drive timely, safe project delivery in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site projects operations, functions and requirements
• Coordinate sub-contracts and suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings as and when required
• To ensure works are being carried out safely and in accordance with the latest WSH Act provision
• To ensure timely and smooth progress of works by monitoring the progress of works with respect to the targeted schedule
• All issues concern on site works
• To responsible for all others related or ad-hoc duties as and when directed
