Job summary

Sunray Woodcraft Construction Pte Ltd seeks a seasoned WSH Coordinator to drive safety on-site and manage SHMS implementation. The role focuses on promoting HSE practices, advising on legal compliance, and coaching the workforce to uphold high safety standards.

The successful candidate will lead risk assessments, coordinate the safety program with project teams, and conduct training sessions and daily toolbox talks. Strong MS Word/Excel proficiency and 5 years’ WSH experience are required.

Qualifications

• Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health and RM Level 2 certification.
• 5 years’ practice as a WSH Coordinator and at least 1 year post-registration for WSH Officers.
• Responsible, with good attitude and able to work under minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement the organization’s SHMS at site.
• Plan, organize and manage HSE promotional activities on site.
• Provide practical HSE recommendations to ensure legal compliance.
• Motivate and coach site workforce on HSE matters.
• Coordinate team tasks and supervise work; lead the risk assessment team on site.
• Brief project teams on safety program status; conduct safety orientations and toolbox talks.
• Lead investigations and maintain records for first aid, accidents and near misses.
