Job summary

GREENMARK CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Workplace Safety Health Coordinator (Construction) to ensure compliance with the WSH Act and company safety requirements on site.

You will conduct daily site safety inspections, monitor workers and subcontractors, and lead safety inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings while maintaining WSH documentation. The role requires independence and teamwork, with opportunities to drive continuous safety improvements.

Qualifications

• WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH with a valid refresher certificate.
• WAH Assessor and Risk Management certifications.
• Minimum 3 years of construction safety experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the WSH Act and company safety requirements.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify workplace hazards.
• Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure RA, SWP, and PTW compliance.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings.
• Prepare and maintain WSH documentation, reports, and safety records.
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, and implement corrective actions.
• Support safety audits and promote continuous improvement.
• Perform other safety-related duties assigned by the Project Manager.
