invites applications for a Safety Coordinator / WSH Coordinator to support the Safety Manager in implementing and maintaining WSH requirements at our project site in Singapore. You will conduct site inspections, assist in risk assessments, SWP and PTW, lead toolbox talks, monitor high-risk activities, ensure PPE compliance, maintain safety records, and coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and workers.

Qualifications

• Relevant WSH qualification recognised for the role in Singapore.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of Singapore WSH rules; guidance provided.
• Familiar with RA, SWP, PTW concepts is an advantage.
• Able to communicate with site teams and stakeholders.
• Computer literacy to prepare safety records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Report to Safety Manager on all safety matters.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining WSH management system.
• Conduct routine site inspections and identify unsafe acts/conditions.
• Follow up with supervisors and subcontractors to close safety issues.
• Assist in preparing risk assessments, SWP, and PTW requirements.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety inductions.
• Monitor high-risk activities and PPE compliance.
• Maintain WSH records, permits, certificates, and reports.
• Coordinate with engineers and crews on daily safety needs.
• Participate in safety audits and emergency preparedness.
