ADROITEAM PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on Site Foreman-cum-Driver to supervise day-to-day progress of building construction works, repairs, redecoration and maintenance across project sites in Singapore.

You will plan daily activities, coordinate workers and subcontractors, read drawings, ensure safety, operate company vehicles and transport materials, while reporting to the Project Manager.

Competenze

• Relevant experience in building construction, repairs and redecoration projects.
• Valid Singapore driving licence appropriate to company vehicles.
• Ability to read drawings, work instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to organise daily work and coordinate workers and subcontractors.
• Willingness to travel between project sites across Singapore.
• Construction safety training or supervisory certification.
• Six working days per week; Sunday duties may be required.

• Read and follow drawings, approved work methods and site instructions.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and report progress, defects and site issues.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore driving licence appropriate to the company vehicle assigned.
• Ability to understand relevant drawings, work instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to organise daily work and coordinate workers and subcontractors.
• Work at and travel between project sites across Singapore.
• Relevant construction safety training or supervisory certification.
• Six full working days per week. Sunday duties may be required depending on project schedules
