Job summary

YIZHEN INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Manager to lead construction activities, manage crews, and ensure projects meet schedules, budgets and quality standards. You will read drawings, coordinate with clients and authorities, and enforce safety across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates bring a civil engineering background, 3+ years in site management, and strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. The role requires independent work and occasional travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction, preferably site management.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction practices, regulations and safety requirements.
• Excellent leadership, project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work across multiple sites and meet deadlines.
• Capable of working under pressure and independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all construction activities comply with Singapore workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Monitor manpower allocation, material usage and overall site productivity.
• Attend project meetings and prepare progress reports for management.
• Ensure timely completion and handover of construction projects.
