ADROITEAM PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on Site Foreman-cum-Driver to supervise day-to-day progress of building construction works across Singapore. The role involves coordinating workers, managing sub-contractors, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

You will plan daily activities, read drawings, drive company vehicles, and support loading/unloading of materials while maintaining good housekeeping and compliance with site rules.

Competenze

• Relevant experience in building construction, repairs & redecoration projects and maintenance, including supervision of site workers.
• Valid Singapore driving licence appropriate to the company vehicle assigned.
• Ability to understand relevant drawings, work instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to organise daily work and coordinate workers and subcontractors.
• Work at and travel between project sites across Singapore.
• Relevant construction safety training or supervisory certification.
• Six full working days per week. Sunday duties may be required depending on project schedules
• Selection will be based on relevant skills, experience and ability to perform the role.

• Enforce site safety requirements, proper use of PPE and good housekeeping.
• Drive company vehicles to transport workers, materials and tools safely.
• Assist with loading and unloading using appropriate equipment and safe handling methods.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and report defects or maintenance requirements.
