Job summary

AUREN LIVING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Interior Renovation Site Manager / Site Supervisor to oversee projects across Singapore, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate clients, contractors, and internal teams, manage daily site activities, inspect progress, and handle issues with basic English and Mandarin preferred. This permanent role offers a basic salary of 2,000–3,000 SGD monthly plus commission on project completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in Singapore interior renovation or interior fit-out preferred.
• Familiar with interior renovation work sequences such as hacking, masonry, plumbing, electrical, tiling, ceiling and carpentry.
• Able to coordinate and supervise workers and subcontractors independently.
• Good communication with clients, workers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure interior renovation works are carried out safely, on schedule, and per SOPs.
• Understand and clarify client requirements, site conditions, work specifications and project schedules.
• Manage multiple interior renovation projects, plan daily site activities and coordinate workers/subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, workmanship and quality to meet drawings and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve site risks, delays, defects and issues promptly.
• Supervise workers/subcontractors at project sites and report progress to Project Manager.
• Coordinate delivery of renovation materials, tools and equipment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress updates with photos/reports.
• Handle client feedback, variation works, defects and rectification arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health and environmental requirements.

Position Title: Interior Renovation Site Manager / Site Supervisor

Working Location: Various Project Sites Across Singapore

Working Hours: 5.5 Days (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm; Sat, 9am–1pm)

Salary Package:

Basic Salary from $2,000, depending on experience, up to $3,000 per month.

Commission reward upon completion of each project.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure all interior renovation works are carried out safely, according to SOPs and completed on schedule.
• Understand and clarify clients’ requirements, site conditions, work specifications and project schedules.
• Manage new and ongoing interior renovation projects, including planning daily site activities and coordinating workers and subcontractors.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship and quality to ensure all works are completed according to drawings and project requirements.
• Identify, track and resolve site risks, delays, defects and other issues promptly.
• Supervise workers and subcontractors at project sites and report progress or major issues to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate the delivery of renovation materials, tools and equipment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress updates, including photos and reports.
• Handle client feedback, variation works, defects and rectification arrangements.
• Ensure all workers and subcontractors comply with workplace safety, health and environmental requirements.
• Assist with project handover, defect inspections and follow-up rectification works.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Singapore’s interior renovation or interior fit-out industry is preferred.
• Familiar with interior renovation work sequences and trades, such as hacking, masonry, plumbing, electrical, tiling, ceiling, painting and carpentry.
• Able to coordinate and supervise workers and subcontractors independently.
• Responsible, organised and capable of resolving site issues promptly.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, workers and subcontractors.
• Basic English and Mandarin communication skills are preferred.
• Candidates who can start immediately or within a short notice period will have an advantage.
