Job summary

CM METAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Site Engineer to support structural steel fabrication and erection on projects.

You will attend site meetings with the Main Contractor and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural/Construction Engineering, at least 3 years in structural steel fabrication/erection, ability to read drawings, knowledge of welding/bolting, and familiarity with safety practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural/Construction Eng.
• 3+ years in structural steel fabrication/erection.
• Ability to read structural and shop drawings.
• Knowledge of welding and bolting for site works.
• Familiarity with safety practices (WSH).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings with the Main Contractor.
• Ensure safe work procedures to control risk.
• Other scopes of work as assigned by the Managing Director.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure progress and resources.
• Any other tasks related to project execution as required by the company.
