Jin Fu Engineering Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a site engineer with experience in construction, steel structures, and safety. The role focuses on on-site quality control, workflow coordination, and adherence to safety and production targets.

Responsibilities include directing workers, reviewing site goals, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. A strong grounding in AutoCAD and 3D drawings is preferred to interpret plans and guide field activities.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a site engineer in construction and steel structures, or related safety certification.
• Solid knowledge of extrusion procedures, equipment, and WSH guidelines.
• Ability to read and understand AutoCAD or 3D drawings.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor quality, budget, product knowledge, and site delivery arrangements.
• Instruct employees on machine operation, safety, and company policies.
• Inspect inputs/outputs to ensure QC/material standards.
• Coordinate workflow, processes, and machineries on site.
• Research or recommend maintenance or modification procedures for facility or equipment.
• Monitor team to meet production schedules and safety standards.
• Provide direction for project tasks and hold the team accountable for safety, quality, and production.
• Conduct daily briefings with workers to review site goals and performance feedback.
