Responsibilities

• Contribute to or review structural and architectural drawings, shop drawings, and submit documentation to consultants.
• Monitor daily construction operations, inspect work progress.
• Perform regular tests and checks on construction materials.
• Enforce workplace safety and health regulations and risk management guidelines onsite.
• Help prepare work schedules, monitor manpower and resource allocation, perform cost calculations, and track project budget.
• Liase with formwork installer, prepare rebar BBS and liase delivery.
• Supervise rebar installation and quality control, and attend PE inspection.
