Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a site engineer in construction, steel structural, or aluminium works.
• In-depth knowledge of extrusion procedures and Workplace Safety and Health guidelines.
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD or 3D drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage site challenges.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and production targets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage site quality, budget, product knowledge, and delivery to ensure project success
• Instruct employees on machine operation, safety protocols, and company policies to maintain a safe work environment
• Inspect inputs and outputs against quality standards and purchase orders for material compliance
• Coordinate workflow, processes, and machinery usage to optimise site productivity
• Research and recommend procedures for facility or equipment maintenance and replacements
• Monitor team performance and work procedures to meet production schedules
• Provide clear direction for project tasks and hold team members accountable for safety and quality
• Conduct daily briefings with workers to review site goals and provide feedback
