You will coordinate workers, subcontractors, and materials to drive quality outcomes. The role requires 2–5 years of site supervision, ability to read drawings, strong leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of construction site supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic project management software is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily construction site operations and workforce.
• Coordinate and monitor the activities of subcontractors and trades.
• Ensure work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Enforce workplace health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct daily site inspections and identify potential hazards.

• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment requirements.
• Resolve on-site issues and maintain a productive work environment.
• Keep accurate site records, including daily reports, attendance, and safety documentation.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
