Job summary

A1 Maincon is seeking a Site Engineer / Site Manager to lead day-to-day on-site operations for construction projects in Singapore. You will ensure safety, quality, on-time delivery, and budget adherence while coordinating with clients and subcontractors.

The role requires reading drawings, managing resources, and applying robust site safety and QA practices across automotive dealership or heavy equipment facility projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in building and construction projects with main contractor experience.
• Experience in automotive dealerships, heavy equipment facilities or distribution network projects.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project planning tools; AutoCAD is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily site activities to ensure smooth construction execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and trades to align with the programme.
• Interpret drawings and contract documents to ensure works are built accordingly.
• Plan and monitor short-term and long-term programmes; report progress and risks.
• Enforce site HSE requirements and promote a strong safety culture.
