AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Site Engineer (Curtain Wall) to supervise façade, curtain wall, aluminum and glazing installation works at Tuas.

You will monitor progress against approved drawings and specifications, coordinate with contractors and plan manpower, materials and equipment for on-site activities. Responsibilities include attending coordination meetings, reviewing construction and shop drawings, resolving technical discrepancies, conducting site

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Civil/Construction/Building.
• Minimum 2 years site engineering experience.
• Able to read architectural and shop drawings.
• Knowledge of method statements and specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise façade, curtain wall, aluminum and glazing installation works.
• Monitor site progress per drawings/specs.
• Coordinate with contractors, plan manpower and resources.
• Attend site and progress meetings.
• Review construction drawings and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve technical discrepancies.
• Prepare daily site reports and project documentation.
• Ensure installation quality per specs and standards.
• Identify hazards with safety team and implement actions.

Site Engineer (Curtain Wall) /Up to $5,500 @Tuas

• Supervise site activities, particularly façade, curtain wall, aluminum & glazing installation works.

• Monitor site progress to ensure works according to approved drawings,/spec/schedules.

• Coordinate with contractors/consultants, plan manpower, materials, equipment and resources.

• Attend site meetings, coordination meetings and progress reviews with relevant stakeholders.

• Review construction drawing, shop drawing, method statement & specifications.

• Coordinate with teams to resolve technical discrepancies and site installation issues.

• Conduct site inspections, measurements and verification of completed works.

• Preparing technical submissions, inspection requests and relevant engineering documentation.

• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors on technical matters and material requirements.

• Monitor installation quality to ensure comply with specifications & quality standards.

• Site inspections and follow up on defects, non-conformances and corrective actions.

• Work with safety team to identify hazards and implement preventive measures.

• Support quality inspections, testing, handover and defect rectification activities.

• Monitor daily work progress, manpower deployment and material utilization.

• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates and other relevant project documentation.

• Track project milestones and highlight potential delays or technical issues to the Project Manager.

• Coordinate material delivery schedules and ensure materials are available for installation.

• Support project completion, testing, commissioning and handover activities.

• Diploma/Degree in Civil/Construction/Building with 2 years site engineering experience.
