Job summary

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (SINGAPORE BRANCH) seeks a Civil Engineer to assist in supervising site works and coordinating with clients and consultants. The role involves planning, documentation, and execution of works on site, with responsibilities for manpower mobilization and materials planning.

Immediate start preferred for West Area projects. The candidate should hold a degree in Civil Engineering, with LTA/MRT project experience as a plus, and possess strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience on LTA or MRT projects is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Construction Manager and supervise on-site works.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external clients/consultants.
• Plan and execute site works, including manpower and materials planning.
• Produce weekly site progress reports and submit required documents.
• Attend site meetings and ensure quality in line with authority requirements.
• Take on PE Assignee supervision responsibilities.

• Reports Construction Manager
• To assist in site supervision works
• Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants
• Coordinating for the project planning, documentation and execution of works on site
• Coordination, supervision & monitoring the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering
• Coordinate with the contractor, suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required
• Coordinate for all submission
• Produce weekly site progress report and necessary submission
• Attend meetings, conduct site inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements.
• To take on PE Assignee Supervision Role

Job Requirement

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Candidates with LTA or MRT project experience will be given preference
• Independent with good communication skill
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Effective communication and coordination skills and team work
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period will have added advantage
• Working Locations: West Area
