Job summary

SCB Construction PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to support the Project Manager in the daily execution of work and coordinate site activities on our construction projects.

The role involves inspecting sites, enforcing safety rules, supervising subcontractors and in-house workers, and ensuring works are carried out as per drawings and schedule to maintain workmanship standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards
• Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries
• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers
• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
