You will interpret the construction plan, manage daily activities, and collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and vendors to keep work on track. You will monitor time constraints, ensure subcontractors follow blueprints and specifications, maintain documentation, report to project leaders, and uphold safety and environmental standards while seeking

• Understanding the construction plan of the project.
• Determining the time constraints to complete the job.
• Identifying the raw material and manpower required.
• Supervising along with the contractor the construction site.
• Managing daily activities on the site.
• Ensuring the subcontractors are following the blueprints.
• Ensuring the raw materials used are as per the specifications.
• Working in collaboration with Engineers, Architects, Contractors, and other team members.
• Providing recommendations on improving efficiency and reducing costs.
• Negotiating with the Contractors and vendors for the best price.
• Coming up with technical solutions for problems that are causing a delay in the projects.
• Maintaining the documentation of the construction projects.
• Filing documents to the local jurisdiction as and when required.
• Presenting the reports to the Project Leaders and Executives.
• Adhering to all the environmental and safety standards.
