Job summary

THES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an on-site Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordination and supervision of construction works. You will liaise with sub-contractors, attend site meetings, and help drive quality, safety and productivity improvements.

You will allocate resources, monitor teams and ensure proper QC documentation. The role involves contributing to site environmental controls and adapting to additional tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in project planning and coordination of all works on site
• Attend all sub-contractors and site meetings
• Manage, monitor, delegate and motivate the construction project team and support quality and productivity improvement matters
• Deploy required resources such as manpower, machinery & equipment in accordance to the project requirements
• Promote strong safety culture to construction project team and to ensure site safety and environmental control measures are in place at all times
• Promote QC checks and to ensure proper documentation control on-site
• Responsible for any other role as assigned by the Project Manager from time to time
