Job summary

LEE HONG LEE CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to oversee daily renovation works on site in Singapore.

The role focuses on coordinating trades and ensuring adherence to drawings, specs, and project schedules. You will work with project managers, designers, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to keep projects on track, inspect work quality, manage safety, and ensure timely handovers. This hands-on position requires strong on-site leadership and problem-solving to maintain

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily renovation works on site.
• Manage workers, subcontractors, and trades including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, tiling, painting, flooring, and ceiling works.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor work progress, workmanship, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, designers, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction issues or defects.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure materials are properly stored and used.
• Ensure good housekeeping and maintain a clean and organized work site.
• Ensure workers comply with site safety requirements and company procedures.
• Report project progress, delays, site issues, and required rectification works to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate final inspection, defects rectification, and project handover.
• Perform other site-related duties as assigned.
