Job summary

YINSHENG ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a site-focused ACMV Project Engineer to manage maintenance, repairs, operations, and upgrades across ACMV projects. You will lead project processes and coordinate with the team to deliver solutions on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance, repair, operations, and upgrades for ACMV projects.
• Assist in development and project process management.
• Oversee site installation works, supervise subcontractors, and attend site meetings.
• Provide leadership and ownership in technical discussions with the team.
• Conduct project construction management and safety management.
• Prepare and conduct construction meetings with subcontractors.
• Plan, implement, and monitor weekly works activities with site engineering.
• Test and commission ACMV systems as scheduled.
• Attend RTO inspections and prepare as-built drawings from site coordination.

Duties/Areas of Responsibility

• Manage maintenance, repair, operations, and upgrading works for ACMV projects
• Assist in development and project process management.
• Overseeing site installation works, supervising sub-contractors, and attending site meetings
• Possesses leadership, ownership, and responsibility with the team for discussions on technical solutions
• Project construction management and safety management
• Construction meeting and preparation with subcontractors
• To plan, implement, and monitor weekly works activities with Site engineering
• Testing and commissioning of the ACMV system as per the schedule.
• Attend RTO inspection and prepare as-built drawing based on site coordination
• Any other related projects to be assigned by the Manager

Job Requirements

• Minimum MUST have 5 years local site experiences
