Job summary

CBM PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Vendor & Operations Manager to coordinate daily facilities services including cleaning, horticulture, waste management and pest control.

You will conduct on-site supervision and site inspections to ensure tasks meet technical specifications. Key duties include managing vendor contracts, overseeing SLA and safety compliance (WSH) and the master maintenance schedule, plus collaboration on joint inspections with stakeholders and monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building or Facilities Management.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• 5.5 days work week.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations including cleaning, horticulture, waste management, and pest control.
• Provide on-site supervision and site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Monitor SLA performance and safety requirements (WSH) and master maintenance schedule.
• Arrange and participate in weekly joint inspections with stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly management and incident reports; issue COs to vendors.
• Support procurement, documentation, and contractor invoicing.

Vendor & Operations Management

• Coordinate Daily Operations: Oversee routine soft servicesincluding cleaning, horticulture, waste management, and pest control services.
• On-Site Supervision: Conduct regular site walks andinspections to ensure appointed vendors execute tasks according to technicalspecifications.
• SLA & Safety Compliance: Monitor vendor performance androutine inspections strictly in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreement(SLA) terms, WSH requirements and the Master Maintenance Schedule.

Stakeholder Engagement & Inspections

• Joint Inspections: Arrange and participate in weekly jointinspections with FMM and HTA representatives for housekeeping, landscaping, andpest control services.
• Customer Relations: Act as the primary on-site point ofcontact (POC) to professionally attend to, log, and resolve operationalcomplaints raised by FMM or HTA representatives.

Contract & Financial Administration

• Procurement & Documentation Review: Obtain Quotationsfrom vendors, raise (POs) and (FIDs) as required; track all active andcompleted works requested by FMM/HTA.
• Follow up with external vendors regarding monthlymaintenance schedules, quotations, variations, claims, and invoicing.

Reporting & Governance

• Performance Reporting: Prepare monthly management reports,estate weekly updates, and incident reports.
• Work Verification: Issue Certificates of Completion (COC) tovendors and contractors upon satisfactory delivery of services.
• Execute any alternative ad-hoc duties or project assignments directed by management
