Job summary

FIRSTCOM ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a Diploma holder to support project planning, technical execution, and client coordination on tunnel and roadwork projects in Singapore.

You will rotate day and night shifts in compliance with MOM regulations, work with cross-functional teams, and participate in on-the-job training for fresh graduates and mid-career professionals.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) required.
• Willingness to perform rotational day and night shifts per MOM regulations.
• On-the-job training provided for fresh graduates and mid-career candidates.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop detailed plans, timelines, and resource schedules.
• Technical Execution: Oversee design, development, implementation, and resolve technical issues.
• Communication: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams; liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Safety and Quality Control: Ensure all deliverables meet defined safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent).
• Able to perform rotational day and night shifts due to the nature of tunnel and roadwork projects (in compliance with MOM’s work-hour and rest regulations).
• Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• On-the-job training provided for fresh graduates and mid-career candidates looking to transition into the construction sector.
