MCC ENGINEERING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned civil/structural engineer to oversee construction projects in Singapore. The role emphasizes reviewing specifications, planning, cost control, and on-site supervision to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality, safety, and ISO requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree, is registered with PEB/BCA, has at least 3 years of building experience, and is fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognised by Singapore.
• Professional Engineers Board (PEB) registration and BCA registration are required.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in building construction.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Review project specifications and technical clarifications.
• Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies.
• Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
• Supervise the construction works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters.
• Target and ensure timely and smooth progress of works.
• Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with.
• Ensure project activities comply with the Company’s ISO system.
