Job summary

HIN LEE CONTRACTOR TRADING PTE LTD is seeking a capable Civil Engineering professional to support project management on road, drainage and external works projects in Singapore. You will coordinate meetings, supervise site activities, and ensure quality compliance and timely delivery.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and project scheduling software
• Minimum 3 years of civil engineering experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of on-site and off-site technical meetings to resolve project issues and align stakeholders
• Manage submission of shop drawings and related documents to consultants and authorities to secure approvals
• Monitor and report work progress through regular site inspections and meetings during project construction phases
• Apply problem-solving skills to maintain project schedules and achieve key milestones
• Supervise site operations and coordinate effectively with sub-contractors, Resident Engineers (RE), and Resident Technical Officers (RTO) to ensure smooth workflow
• Oversee project performance during the defects liability period to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Manage all activities related to ongoing and new projects to achieve final closure with customers
• Coordinate resolution of issues and challenges with customers and other relevant parties to maintain project momentum
• Demonstrate resilience under pressure while managing multiple tasks and coordinating diverse teams
• Apply knowledge of road, drainage, external, structural, and other civil engineering works to support project execution
