Job summary

TKC Builders Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Site Supervisor with a Civil/Structural background to oversee construction activities and ensure client requirements and regulatory standards are met on site.

You will lead a team of supervisors, safety personnel and skilled workers, coordinate with design and safety departments, and maintain project records and progress reports for management. Strong leadership and site safety knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership to monitor Sub-contractors and Foremen for the works executed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong Knowledge in site safety and able to point out and solve the red flag daily basis.
• Able to work independently, proactive and self-motivated.
