Job summary

LIMCS BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer with 2–3 years of relevant experience to assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering project activities. The role involves liaising with clients, authorities, and consultants to ensure timely execution and compliance with engineering standards.

You will support the Project Manager and Senior Project Executive in day-to-day project administration, scheduling, and production coordination across assigned projects in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Project Manager and Senior Project Executive in planning and controlling all project-based assignments.
• Coordinate all activities on assigned projects and assist in ensuring successful completion and execution of projects.
• Liaise with internal parties to implement projects and coordinate with client representatives, authorities, and consultants.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between all disciplines and project participants.
• Assist in overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet targets and ensure proper engineering deliverables and standards.
• Participate in project administration and day-to-day interactions with clients and production coordination.

• Assists in all project management and coordination activities delegated by project manager; including day-to‑day interaction with clients, preparation of project proposals and production coordination.
• Assists in all project administration where required.

Requirement:

• Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
