CLOUD PLUS PTE. LTD. is seeking an engineer to support the smooth operation of robots in a hospital setting and supervise cabling installations.

The role emphasizes monitoring AMR performance, rapid incident response, and acting as the liaison between the project team and ground users to provide status updates. The position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends, with training provided on AMR software and error log generation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous monitoring of AMR performance via the dashboard to guarantee smooth operation throughout the hospital.
• Respond promptly to any operational incidents or issues on the ground, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Serve as a key communication point between the project team and ground users, providing regular updates on the status of AMR operations.
• Document any issues or incidents in daily log files to ensure traceability and resolution.
• Work in rotating shifts (6 am - 3 pm or 12 pm - 9 pm), with occasional weekends and public holidays based on shift schedule requirements.
• Receive training on generating error logs using specific software tools.
• Be trained to operate and control AMR fleet tasks through dedicated software.
• Basic troubleshooting of the AMR robots.
• Support structured cabling installations.
• On site supervision and provide guidance to sub contractors.
• Following up with customers on updates to project status.
