Job summary

MEDISYS INNOVATION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an engineer to join our operations team to ensure smooth, reliable performance of AMR robots in a hospital setting.

You will monitor the AMR dashboard, respond to incidents, and supervise on-site cabling and installations. You’ll train on error-logging tools, operate AMR fleet tasks via dedicated software, perform basic troubleshooting, supervise subcontractors on site, and coordinate with customers on project updates, with rotating shifts

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous monitoring of AMR performance via the dashboard to guarantee smooth operation throughout the hospital.
• Respond promptly to operational incidents or issues on the ground, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Serve as a key communication point between the project team and ground users, providing regular updates on the status of AMR operations.
• Document any issues or incidents in daily log files to ensure traceability and resolution.
• Work in rotating shifts (6 am - 3 pm or 12 pm - 9 pm), with occasional weekends and public holidays based on shift schedule requirements.
• Receive training on generating error logs using specific software tools.
• Be trained to operate and control AMR fleet tasks through dedicated software.
• Basic troubleshooting of the AMR robots.
• Support structured cabling installations.
• On site supervision and provide guidance to sub contractors.
• Following up with customers on updates to project status.
