Job summary

TALENTVIS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive project coordinator to drive software, electrical, and mechanical projects in Singapore.

You will coordinate resources, define actions, set timeframes, assign tasks, and ensure client needs are met as projects evolve. You will support site implementation, procurement, risk assessments, documentation, and training, while maintaining schedules and ensuring timely on-site testing and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes and targets.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
• Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
• Coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams, including software, electrical, and mechanical engineers.
• Manage the site implementation process and coordinate all phases of the project work to ensure the smooth implementation of the site.
• Assist with project procurement management.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Conduct risk assessments for projects, proposing mitigations and actions to keep projects on track.
• Support the project manager in the creation of project proposals, templates, schedules, and briefs.
• Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring that all project members have access to necessary information.
• Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• To plan and execute project schedules to ensure timely completion of project.
• To carry out on-site testing and commissioning of systems, prepare operation manuals, etc.
• To provide technical support and user training to end-users.
• To carry out maintenance and support services to existing customers.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.
