Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent civil engineer for site coordination in Singapore. You will support the Project Manager, review drawings, and ensure compliance with approved methods and QOSHE requirements.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering and 2–3 years of experience in building-related projects, with hands-on field oversight, documentation, and coordination with subcontractors. Good communication and safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years' experience in building-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage document/drawing submissions and ensure the latest revisions are issued.
• Prepare method statements, work procedures, and site reports.
• Monitor site works to ensure compliance with approved methods, drawings, and QOSHE requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on project progress, construction activities, and meetings.
• Review drawings, conduct risk assessments, and support change-order coordination.
• Manage materials, manpower, and equipment, including receiving inspections and usage tracking.
• Maintain inspection records, material documentation, and daily reports.
• Support the Project Manager in overall site coordination and other assigned duties.

Education
