Job summary

FORGESPACE DESIGN & BUILD PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to support the project manager with daily operations, oversee subcontractors and in-house staff, and coordinate to meet the project schedule.

The role requires planning ahead, inventory control, ensuring installations align with drawings and plans, and maintaining workmanship standards. Attend toolbox meetings and adapt to shifts/holidays as project needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager in the daily operations and progress of work.
• Supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• Work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Plan for the next day and schedule for the next day.
• Take inventory of materials and submit reorder material details to management.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per drawings or plan.
• Monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Attend the daily toolbox meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.
• Ensure the quality of products are good and return to suppliers if any damage.
• Ready to work in any shifts and in holidays depending on project need.
