Job summary

Charlton Design in Singapore is seeking an on-site Site Coordinator to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across projects.

You will work with project managers to plan daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, enforce health and safety rules, monitor quality, and maintain detailed progress reports. This role requires proactive problem solving and strong communication with the site team and stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Site Coordination: Manage and oversee on-site operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Scheduling & Planning: Develop daily, weekly, and monthly schedules and adjust as needed.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and conduct site inspections.
• Quality Control: Monitor workmanship and materials to meet project specs and standards.
• Communication & Reporting: Primary on-site contact and maintain progress records and reports.
• Problem Solving: Identify issues and support troubleshooting and decision-making.

• Site Coordination:

  Ensure materials and equipment are delivered on time and used efficiently.
  Monitor and coordinate subcontractor activities.
• Scheduling & Planning:
  Work with project managers to develop daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
  Adjust schedules as needed due to delays or changes in scope.
• Health & Safety Compliance:
  Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  Conduct safety briefings and site inspections.
• Quality Control:
  Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure they meet project specifications and standards.
  Report quality issues and assist in resolution.
• Communication & Reporting:
  Serve as a primary point of contact for on-site personnel and project managers.
  Maintain detailed records of work progress, incidents, and material usage.
  Prepare and submit regular progress reports.
• Problem Solving:
  Identify potential issues or conflicts and resolve them proactively.
  Support the site team in troubleshooting and decision-making.
