• Ensures that construction work meets quality standards and project specifications, conducting regular site inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
• Prioritizes safety on the construction site, implementing safety protocols, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintains effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues that arise.
• Prepares and maintains accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and change orders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction software and project management tools.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
