Job summary

Yong Xing Renovation PTE. LTD. is seeking a site operations leader responsible for ensuring the profitability and timely delivery of assigned projects. The role involves delegating tasks, allocating skilled personnel, and enforcing safety standards in line with MOM requirements.

You will monitor material usage, coordinate site rounds for tenders, and ensure progress aligns with schedules. Knowledge of drawings, variation orders, and monthly claim submissions is essential.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the profitability of the site assigned.
• Assign tasks to various workers and supervisors.
• Allocate the right personnel for the right job.
• Implement safety system at site in line with MOM requirements.
• Monitor raw material usage to reduce wastage and save costs.
• Appoint lead supervisor at site to stand in when you are away.
• Attend site rounds when required for new tender participation.
• Ensure site work progresses in line with the site progress schedule.
• Update drawings based on progress for submission to architects.
• Ensure monthly progress payment claims are submitted on time.
• Draft variation orders when new works are requested by architects.
• Possess a driving licence to transport workers between sites.
