Responsibilities

• In charge of site profitability.
• Assign tasks to workers and supervisors.
• Allocate right personnel for each job.
• Implement safety system per MOM requirements.
• Monitor materials usage to reduce wastage and costs.
• Appoint leaders/supervisors to cover when you are away.
• Attend site show rounds for tender participation.
• Ensure work progress aligns with site schedule.
• Update drawings to reflect progress for architects.
• Submit monthly progress payment claims on time.
• Draft variation orders when new works are requested.
• Discuss project amounts.
