Job summary

HOCKFULL CONSTRUCTION is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities, plan on-site operations, manage handovers and deploy labour across sites in Singapore. You will liaise with clients, foreign workers and the office to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery.

The role requires a diploma in civil/electrical/mechanical engineering, a Class 4 driving license, and 5+ years of driving experience in Singapore, plus 2–3 years in supervisory roles and proficiency

Qualifications

• Diploma in civil engineering, electrical/mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Class 4 driving license.
• 5+ years of driving experience in Singapore.
• 2–3 years in marketing and supervisory roles.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Excel/Word).
• Good English communication with foreign workers.

Responsibilities

• Site supervision of construction works to meet deadlines.
• On-site planning, handovers and labour deployment.
• Resolve problems and emergencies on the site.
• Coordinate with clients, foreign workers and office for smooth operations.
• Supervise foreign workers and ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Monitor MOM requirements for dormitory facilities and lodging records.
• Transport workers between locations around Singapore.
• Maintain lorry condition and daily inspections.
• Assist in monthly reports and budgets.
