Job summary

BAFANG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to lead crews on construction sites in Singapore. You will direct tasks, monitor progress, and maintain daily logs to ensure quality and compliance with drawings and codes.

The role requires strong leadership, plan-reading ability, and effective communication. OSHA/First Aid certifications and 5–10+ years of construction experience are expected. A high school diploma is required; associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and assign tasks to crews and subcontractors.
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Maintain daily site logs including crew counts, completed work, and issues.
• Conduct morning toolbox talks or safety meetings.
• Enforce PPE use and site safety rules; issue warnings or stop‑work notices when needed.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, clients, and project managers.
• Schedule meetings with vendors, inspectors, and staff.
• Prepare reports, budgets, and project plans.
