Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree or construction-related degree preferred.
• 5–10+ years of construction experience.
• OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR certifications.
• Valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Direct and assign tasks to crews and subcontractors.
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Maintain daily site logs including crew counts, completed work, and issues.
• Conduct morning toolbox talks or safety meetings.
• Enforce PPE use and site safety rules; issue warnings or stop-work notices when needed.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Perform site walkthroughs and inspections to verify workmanship and code compliance.
• Validate execution studies and coordination plans.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate material deliveries.
• Manage procurement of construction materials.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, clients, and project managers.
• Schedule meetings with vendors, inspectors, and staff.
• Prepare reports, budgets, and project plans.
• Track spending and analyze budget variances.
