Job summary

J&L CLEAN SOLUTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Supervisor to lead a team of cleaners across offices, schools, and commercial sites. You will manage staff schedules, inspect cleanliness, monitor stock, and train new workers while occasionally performing hands-on cleaning.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will liaise with clients to handle feedback and ensure service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial cleaning environment or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of safe chemical handling and cleaning equipment operation.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills to deal with staff and clients.
• Physically fit for walking sites and hands-on work when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of cleaners across multiple sites and manage daily schedules.
• Inspect work areas to ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Train and coach cleaners on service and safety rules.
• Monitor inventory levels, check equipment condition and reorder supplies.
• Liaise with clients, address complaints, and submit operational reports.
