Responsibilities

• Manage cleaning staff: Oversee a pool of cleaners and replace headcount at site if needed.
• Ensure quality standards: Monitor and maintain high cleaning standards per client requirements.
• Communicate with clients: Build and maintain relationships, address concerns, gather feedback.
• Schedule and plan: Update cleaning schedules, allocate resources, plan workflows to HQ.
• Manage inventory: Oversee cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure health and safety compliance with regulations and client requirements.
• Monitor performance: Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, identify improvement areas.
• Resolve issues: Handle complaints or conflicts during cleaning operations.
