V1 BUILDERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a qualified Civil Engineer for a full-time technical position supporting our construction projects.

The successful candidate will provide technical support and engineering coordination, ensuring projects are carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with drawings, specifications and standards. You will review drawings, coordinate with contractors and project teams, conduct site inspections, monitor progress and maintain site records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• At least 2 years of civil engineering or construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong coordination, communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional certification or registration will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and engineering coordination for construction projects.
• Review and interpret civil drawings, specifications and project documents.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and project team members.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities.
• Ensure construction works align with approved drawings and specifications.
• Assist in planning and coordinating site activities and technical works.
• Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction.
• Prepare and maintain technical reports, site records and project documentation.
• Monitor progress and provide technical updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and construction requirements.
• Carry out other engineering and technical duties as required.
