Job summary

SG50 CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee on-site activities, ensure compliance with designs, and coordinate with project teams in Singapore.

The role requires 1–3 years of construction experience and a Civil Engineering degree. Proficiency in reading drawings and using AutoCAD, MS Project, and Primavera is preferred. The engineer will supervise workflow, manage materials, uphold safety, and report progress to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
• Professional certification/registration is an added advantage.
• 1–3 years of construction or civil engineering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Site supervision to monitor progress and quality against designs and specs.
• Provide on-site technical support to resolve engineering issues.
• Act as liaison between clients, contractors, consultants and project managers.
• Enforce health and safety protocols on the construction site.
• Oversee material and equipment use and coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain daily logs, quality reports and material usage records.
• Identify and address quality issues early to prevent delays.
• Assist in monitoring project costs within the approved budget.
• Review and interpret architectural/engineering drawings.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to keep schedule.
• Support site procurement and subcontractor management.
