Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant construction industry experience in Singapore.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and able to interpret engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with Singapore regulations, codes, and industry practices.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on project-related matters.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, method statements, work schedules, and technical submissions.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues arising during construction.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and cost control.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate project activities with relevant stakeholders.
• Support project managers in the successful delivery of construction projects.
