Job summary

Surbana Jurong in Singapore seeks a Project Executive (Building / Civil & Structural) to support planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of building and civil & structural projects.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project delivery, supervise daily site activities, and ensure works comply with drawings, specs, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• 5 years of relevant experience in building or Civil & Structural projects.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction documents.
• Knowledge of contract administration, scheduling, cost control, and variation management.
• Familiarity with local building regulations (BCA) and WSH standards.

Job Summary The Project Executive (Building / Civil & Structural) is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of building and civil & structural (C&S) projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure timely execution of building and C&S works.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project delivery.
• Supervise daily site activities, monitor work progress, and ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 5 years of relevant experience in building construction or Civil & Structural (C&S) projects.
• Good understanding of construction methodologies, structural works, and project execution.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Basic knowledge of contract administration, project scheduling, cost control, and variation management.
• Familiarity with local building regulations, BCA requirements, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or other project management software is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
