Job summary

Swagatham Global Connect in Singapore is seeking an experienced South Indian Cook + Parotta Master for a reputed restaurant under the NTS Work Permit category. The role focuses on South Indian breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with parotta mastery and consistent quality.

You'll work 12 to 14 hours per day, 1 day off weekly, with free food and accommodation provided by the company. Passport-ready candidates are preferred for immediate processing.

Qualifications

• Experience in South Indian cooking and parotta preparation is required.
• Experience in hotels or restaurants is preferred.
• Candidates may need to submit a menu and cooking videos for skill evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of authentic South Indian breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes.
• Make soft, flaky parottas with consistent quality and taste.
• Prepare curries, gravies, chutneys, snacks, and tiffin items as per restaurant standards.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Ensure timely food preparation during peak service hours.
• Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
