FILPAL is seeking a Senior Electronics Technician to perform hands-on soldering, wiring, and testing in a lab environment. The role supports RF systems, prototypes, and test setups with keen attention to detail.

You will read schematics, assemble cable harnesses, test boards with basic lab equipment, and help develop test setups while maintaining strict ESD safety and documentation practices.

Mansioni

• Perform precise soldering (surface-mount and through-hole) on PCBs and components.
• Assemble wire harnesses, crimp connectors, and cable assemblies per drawings and standards.
• Conduct electrical and functional testing of components and boards using test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply, etc.).
• Assist engineers in RF test setups, including RF cabling and proper shielding/grounding practices.
• Experience supporting RF or high-frequency circuits, including coaxial cable assembly, impedance matching awareness, or basic RF measurement techniques (e.g. using spectrum analyzer or VNA).
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Support engineers in prototype builds, modifications, and rework activities.
• Document test results, assembly issues, and suggest improvements when appropriate.
• Maintain lab tools and ensure ESD safety procedures are followed.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of faulty boards or assemblies.
