Job summary

ST Engineering Info-security Team in Singapore seeks a hands-on Electronics Technician to perform assembly, testing, fault diagnosis and repair of electronic products and systems on-site. You will solder components, carry out inspections, document test records, and support logistics and field servicing as needed.

Fresh graduates are welcome; Singaporeans only. A valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronic assembly, testing, troubleshooting or field servicing is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with hands-on technical interest are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support, field servicing and maintenance.
• Perform assembly, testing, inspection and packaging of electronic products and systems.
• Carry out fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance.
• Perform soldering and rework of electronic components, including SMT.
• Support product verification, functional testing and quality inspection to ensure specifications.
• Maintain documentation of service, maintenance, repair and test records.
• Support logistics activities, including collection and delivery of goods when required.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned.
