Job Description

• Support the assembly of electromechanical assemblies;
• Support the assembly of wire harness;
• Provide on-site customer support (based on customer’s request);
• Wire routing on box or machine level
• On-site rework service
• Review and study product specifications and technical drawings;
• Developing, building, or testing prototypes, new products, processes, or procedures;
• Assisting in new product development and define production process flow;
• Set up and operate production machines, equipment, instrument in accordance with good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures;
• Monitor, calibrate and adjust production processes or machines, equipment, instrument for quality and productivity;
• Troubleshoot problems with machines, equipment, instrument or products;
• Keep proper records, maintain and ensure serviceability of machines, equipment, instrument and tools;
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification Level: Diploma, Nitec, Certificate in Office Skills, NTC Grade 2 or equivalent.
• Working experience in manufacturing of electromechanical assemblies is advantageous.
• Able to interpret mechanical drawing and electrical schematic.
• Able to carry out trouble shooting and minor repairs.
• Positive and willing to learn attitude, possess high level of initiative.
• Able to read and communicate in English.
