Job summary

Freedom Consulting Inc. is seeking an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with hands-on experience in Singapore payroll and SAP HCM, to configure and support payroll processes for Singapore workforce.

You will handle wage types, schemas, rules, deductions and year-end activities, ensuring CPF, SDL, FWL, IR8A/IR21 compliance, and seamless integration with SAP FI/CO and HCM Personnel Administration. SAP ECC or S/4HANA HCM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP HCM Payroll in Singapore and SAP HCM modules.
• Knowledge of Singapore statutory payroll requirements (CPF, SDL, FWL, IR8A/IR21).
• Experience configuring wage types, schemas, rules, deductions and payroll areas.
• Experience integrating Payroll with SAP FI/CO and HCM Personnel Administration.
